Geek Yoga Logo

Geek Yoga, as my friend Willie has affectionately named my classes, provides a vehicle for entrepreneurs and go-getters to come together on a weekly basis to unwind, release stress and body tension, increase strength and flexibility, and match our techy-savvy with sexy abs and rock hard glutes*.

*Okay, so that last part may take a little while. Above all, Geek Yoga gives us a fun (and healthy!) excuse to create community and hang out with awesome people on a regular basis. I look forward to seeing you in class!

Logistics:

Classes are held at The Yoga Collective (see map below) on Thursdays from 8-9:15pm, and are $10 per session. Please double-check the calendar to make sure there is class on the day you are planning to attend.

You can pay via cash or credit-card on site or below, and there are mats and props at the studio in case you don’t have your own. Please arrive on time (ideally 10 minutes early), as we only have the room for an hour. Finally, I’d suggest bringing a face towel, water bottle and change of clothes (or at least layers) for the cold winter months.

Save time!

Purchase your class/es in advance (use the drop-down to choose either a single class or a series – buy three, get one free!

Stay in the Loop:

To be notified of upcoming classes and events on a semi-regular basis (updates will most likely be monthly or quarterly), enter your email address below. I wouldn’t dare send you spam (nor do I have the time) — it’s bad karma! You can unsubscribe at any time and my feelings will only be moderately hurt. Kidding :)

Where you can find me taking classes:

NYC is as rich with incredible yoga teachers as it is with restaurants and culture. In an ideal week, I’m taking 5-6 classes a week with a mix of Vinyasa Flow and teacher-focused practices.

The studios I frequent most are:

If you ever want to join me for a class, just say the word and I’ll let you know the time & place!
