Time isn’t money.
Time is life force.

And yours is precious! I’m obsessed with finding smarter strategies and systems for freeing our mind, time, and team to do more of our best work—and be truly present during our time off.

It is possible to go from burned-out bottleneck and Chief Everything Officer to working with joy and ease, through the power of Delightfully Tiny Teams®. Through the book and podcast conversations with authors and friends, Free Time is dedicated to exploring how fellow business owners have created more space in their life and work.

I launched my business in 2011 after five years at Google and two years at a political polling start-up, YouGov America. I’m the author of three books: Life After College (Running Press, 2011), Pivot: The Only Move That Matters Is Your Next One (Penguin Random House, 2016), and Free Time: Lose the Busywork, Love Your Business (Ideapress, 2022). I am walking this path right alongside you, sharing the best of what I find along the way.

At Free Time we have five central business values:

  1. Be Truthful

  2. Be Kind

  3. Be Generous

  4. Work for the highest good for all involved

  5. Let it be easy, let it be fun

I look forward to getting to know you better!
